    1. About Warmly.se

    • Warmly.se is operated by PWBC AB (559384-8756), based in Lund. The company's postal address is Åkerbruksgatan 8A.
    • To contact us, please email support@warmly.se with your query and contact information, and we will get back to you shortly.

    2. Ordering

    • Upon completing your order, a confirmation is sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details on products, prices, and billing and shipping addresses.
    • If there is an error in the order confirmation, contact us immediately at support@warmly.se.

    3. Delivery

    • Our normal delivery times are 1-3 business days. Note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.
    • For delivery delays not previously communicated, contact us at support@warmly.se.

    4. Prices

    • All store prices are in SEK and include 25% VAT.
    • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors, or inaccurate pricing based on incorrect information.

    5. Right of Withdrawal

    • You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving a product ordered on the website.
      • 5.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal:
        • Notify us of your intention to withdraw by emailing support@warmly.se, including your name, address, email, order number, and the items to be returned.
        • You should return products within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
        • You are responsible for return shipping, product condition, and ensuring products are well-packaged and in their original packaging.
      • 5.2 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:
        • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.
        • Customized products or services completed with your consent to start without the right of withdrawal.
        • Perishable goods and periodicals like newspapers or magazines.

    6. Complaints and Claims

    • All products are inspected before shipping. If a product arrives damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will remedy it per applicable consumer protection legislation.
      • 6.1 How to proceed with a claim:
        • Report any defects to support@warmly.se, providing your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
      • If we cannot fix the defect or provide a similar product, we will refund you under consumer protection law, covering return shipping for approved claims.

     

    7. Limitation of Liability

    • We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
    • We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure), which may include labor conflicts, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from suppliers.
    • Additionally, we assume no responsibility for any changes in products/product characteristics made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

    8. Product Information

    • We reserve the right for potential typographical errors on this website and for products being sold out. We cannot guarantee that the images accurately reflect the products' actual appearance, as some color differences may occur depending on display screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

    • Warmly.se is responsible for the handling of personal data you have provided as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to customize marketing to your individual needs.

        • To manage your order and respond to questions related to it (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.

        • 10.4.1 Payment Provider
          • When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider, including your first and last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is stored by the payment provider. This data is stored to complete the purchase and to protect against fraud.
          • Our payment providers include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Klarna.

          • To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we share necessary information with the shipping company, such as first and last name, and address for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared for notification purposes.
          • Our shipping partner is PostNord and DHL

          • If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first and last name and email address are shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

        • You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement incomplete information.

    11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website.

    12. Dispute Resolution and Choice of Law

    • In the event a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, the customer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se. Residents of an EU country other than Sweden can submit complaints online via the EU Commission’s platform for mediation in disputes at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
    • In case of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, Swedish law will apply.
